    Head of Sales

    • The Head of Sales Enterprise will be responsible for leading and driving the enterprise sales strategy of the company. This role involves overseeing the enterprise sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets in line with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ISP industry, particularly within the enterprise sector, and have a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities and define sales approaches to maximize revenue and market share within the enterprise segment.
    • Develop pricing strategies and proposals to win new business while maintaining profitability.

    Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and development to sales team members to improve their performance and grow their skills.
    • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met.

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify and pursue new enterprise client opportunities, focusing on key verticals such as finance, healthcare, education, and government.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate and close large-scale contracts and agreements with enterprise clients.

    Revenue Growth & Forecasting:

    • Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management, including pipeline development, revenue projections, and market trends.
    • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay ahead of the market.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of enterprise clients.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market demands and potential areas for growth.

    Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand competitors, and assess industry trends.
    • Use market intelligence to position the company’s products and services effectively in the enterprise market.

    Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with the company’s policies and legal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the enterprise sector.
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, key decision-makers, and the unique challenges faced by enterprise clients.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to travel as required.
