    Territory Sales Manager (Telecom Experience Only)

    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and revenue performance within an assigned territory. The role requires proven telecom sales experience, strong channel management skills, and the ability to lead field sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Manage and grow distributor, dealer, and retail channel relationships within the assigned territory
    • Lead, coach, and supervise field sales executives and promoters
    • Drive sales of telecom products and services (SIM cards, data bundles, voice, devices, VAS, etc.)
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable market intelligence
    • Ensure effective territory coverage, route planning, and outlet expansion
    • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present weekly/monthly updates to management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions, activations, and campaigns
    • Resolve channel and customer issues promptly to maintain strong market presence

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in telecom sales (mandatory)
    • Proven experience managing territories, distributors, or regional sales operations
    • Strong understanding of telecom products, channels, and market dynamics
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
    • Strong reporting and analytical skills
    • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
