    About the Job

    • Our client is seeking a middle-level strategic, leadership, and managerial professional to plan, manage, monitor, and control the day-to-day activities of the Distribution function within an assigned jurisdiction. 
    • The ideal candidate will possess the functional know-how and understanding of all aspects of Distribution and the business in general, enabling them to provide forecasting tools and analytics to guide the leadership of the function and all stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning long and short-term objectives and setting priorities for utilizing resources with a strong understanding of principles and practices relevant to the function. 
    • Above all, the successful candidate will provide leadership, motivate the team, and inspire confidence to achieve results.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 Years Post-Qualification Technical experience work experience at Senior Management level in Insurance/Reinsurance company.
    • Professional qualification in insurance (ACIIN/ACII).
    • Possesses functional know-how and understanding of all aspects of distribution and the business in general.
    • People management and team development/ motivation skills.
    • Excellent understanding and use of data/analytics for management decision making.
    • Excellent and demonstrated leadership competencies including but not limited to people engagement.
    • Communication skills (both oral and written) must be top-notch.
    • Must be a customer service- oriented person.
    • Excellent negotiation skills to deal with multiple stakeholders.
