    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the MD, COO, HR and Finance to define operational priorities and objectives.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs for supervised departments, ensuring that targets and operational efficiencies are achieved.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through effective team management, training, and development, ensuring all team members are equipped to meet their targets.
    • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development programs for team members.
    • Conduct regular meetings with departmental heads to review performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all departments.
    • Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors and partners.
