Head of New Business & Strategy

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Role Summary
- The Head of New Business & Strategy will lead business growth by identifying new opportunities, driving pitches, and developing client strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects
- Lead proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Build strong client and partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Conduct market and competitor research
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in advertising, strategy, or business development
- Proven success in winning pitches and driving revenue
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 per month.
