Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Head of Media, Communications & Creative Strategist to lead and manage all aspects of the company’s media presence.
• This role requires an all-in-one professional who is not only hands-on in content creation, video editing, digital marketing, and graphic design, but also capable of supervising and coordinating the media team to deliver high-impact results. Musthave 2 years in supervisory role as head media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive media and communication strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and superviseengaging and high-quality content (videos, reels, graphics, and written content).
• Handle and supervise video production processes including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Design and supervise marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media creatives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing).
• Manage and grow all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, etc.).
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate the media team to ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks.
• Assign roles, review output, and maintain high creative standards across the team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
• Handle brand reputation and crisis communication when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6+ years experience in media, communications, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to function as an all-in-one creative professional.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Content Creation
  • Video Editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Graphic Design (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator)
  • Digital Marketing & Ads Management
• Experience in supervising or leading a creative/media team.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver

Salary

• N200,000 – N250,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
