Project Engineer / Builder at MJ Spark Media Agency

We are searching for a Project Engineer/Builder who will oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to stay on schedule.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• The Ideal Candidate must reside on Lagos Island or close to the Island.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
• Must be registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
• Proven experience in project management and construction oversight.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
