Product & Growth Marketer at Tezera

Nudge is a reminder app that follows up. Users in nearly 20 countries across six continents found it without a single ad. The product works. Now it needs to be seen, and it needs someone who thinks about how it gets seen, not just someone who posts.

You'll be the first marketing hire. You own how Nudge is described, how launches go out, which promotions and programs we run, and the daily work of putting it in front of people: short-form video, X, communities. Full-time, three-month contract to start, with the intent to make it permanent on results. There's a budget for tools and small paid tests, agreed case by case.

YOUR MISSION

• Own positioning and messaging: how Nudge is described on the site, in the App Store, and in every post.
• Plan and run launches for new features and offers, from timing to copy to channels.
• Propose and run growth programs: promotions, referral, partnerships, whatever gets people to sign up and stay.
• Ship three short-form videos a week across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Run the Nudge X account daily: posts, replies, real engagement. Keep an occasional presence on LinkedIn.
• Show up in Reddit and productivity communities as a real participant.
• Talk to users, collect their stories, and bring what you learn back to the founder.
• Run weekly growth experiments and stop what doesn't work.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-have:

• Short-form video creation, community building, social media management, content strategy, growth experimentation.

Nice-to-have:

• Natural language task tools familiarity, ADHD or productivity community involvement, basic video editing.
