    Head of Marketing and Communications

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies to support business objectives and drive brand awareness.
    • Oversee all aspects of marketing communications, including branding, public relations, corporate communications, content development, and social media.
    • Spearhead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
    • Develop compelling messaging and content for various channels and platforms to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
    • Manage communication plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize communication strategies.
    • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, including crisis communication and reputation management.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and communications team to achieve campaign objectives and business goals.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
    • communication strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively.
