Head of Marketing and Communications

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Media / Advertising / Branding
- Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and website performance
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns for lead generation and conversion
- Drive PR efforts, including media relations, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives
- Oversee content strategy across all platforms (social media, blog, video, newsletters)
- Supervise and guide the marketing team to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs
- Collaborate with business units to support service promotion and client acquisition
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen CBC’s competitive positioning
- Ensure proper brand representation in both online and offline engagements
