Head of Finance at Loma Bank

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, IFRS & regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial strategy
• Sound knowledge of CBN, NDIC & microfinance banking operations
• Strong treasury, cash flow & liquidity management skills
• Experience with tax management, audits & statutory reporting
• Ability to build internal controls, manage risks & prevent financial leakages
• Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in accounting/finance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank, or Fintech.
• Professional qualification: ICAN (ACA) or ACCA (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of CBN regulatory framework for Microfinance Banks.
• Strong experience in financial reporting under IFRS and CBN guidelines.
• Proven track record in treasury management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
