Job Summary:

• As the Head of Cyber Security, you will ensure that the organization’s IT security strategies are effectively implemented and up to date.
• You will lead a team of cyber security experts, collaborate with other departments, and oversee business development and inside sales teams.
• This hands-on role involves applying sales coaching, managing performance metrics, and ensuring best-in-class results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and support a team of Cyber Security professionals.
• Manage Business Development teams to meet goals and quota.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Refine sales lead processes and manage territory assignments.
• Compile and update team reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve effectiveness.
• Achieve P&L targets.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Identify security risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with security technologies and risk management frameworks.
