Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a competent and motivated workforce with core competence by aligning human capital strategies, policies, and procedures with the organization’s business strategy;
• Supervise the organization’s image (i.e. Brand) management, publicity undertakings, and public image, as well as its Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) activities

Qualifications / Minimum Experience

• Good First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related Field
• Post Graduate qualification(s) in Human Capital Management or Business Administration
• Seven (7) years of work experience in a Human Resources (HR) Function
• Superintending image management, public relations, and media interfacing
• Strong leadership, supervisory, people-management, and influencing abilities.
