    Head HR, and Admin

    The HR & Administration Manager is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions while acting as a key interface for selected high‑net‑worth and institutional clients. The role requires a deep understanding of workforce-intensive operations, particularly within the security services or large-scale outsourcing sector.

    The ideal candidate is structured, firm, and people‑oriented, with a strong operational mindset. They understand the realities of security services or outsourcing environments, can balance empathy with discipline, and are comfortable interfacing with demanding clients while maintaining internal control and compliance. 

    He/She will ensure that people, processes, and administrative systems are compliant, efficient, scalable, and aligned with client and regulatory expectations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional certification in Human Resource Management such as  - CIPMN, SHPRi, SHRM, etc.
    • Minimum of 6–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
    • Prior experience in a security services company or Outsourcing/manpower management firms handling large workforces is required
    • Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
    • Experience managing client‑facing HR functions is an added advantage
