    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to client business leaders, delivering strategic HR support and solutions that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients.
    • Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and provide tailored HR solutions.

    HR Advisory

    • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies.

    Budgeting & Business Reporting

    • Support periodic budget forecasting and reviews.
    • Prepare performance reports, variance analysis, and financial insights for stakeholders.

    Training & Development

    • Design and deliver training programs to address client-specific development needs.
    • Provide coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous learning.

    HR Administration & Compliance

    • Support HR administration including employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Analyze HR data and prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.

    Performance Management

    • Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic HR role (HR consulting experience is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
    • Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good leadership and stakeholder management ability.
    • Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
