    Growth and Retail Marketing Manager

    Role Summary

    • We’re looking for a Growth & Retail Marketing Manager to own and drive our end-to-end user growth funnel — connecting digital campaigns, retail activations, and real consumer impact.
    • This is a strategic yet hands-on role. You’ll combine data, creativity, and execution to grow awareness, acquisition, and sell-through across both online and offline channels — helping more people take control of their health with Platos Monitor.
    • This person connects brand storytelling, paid media, in-store activation, and data analytics into a single growth engine that delivers measurable results: more users reached, more devices sold, and more consumers engaged in proactive health.
    • This role is targeted at Senior individual contributors (Platos Levels IC4) — ideal for a marketer who can independently own a growth outcome and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    End-to-End Growth Funnel Ownership

    • Own and optimize the entire consumer journey — from awareness and acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention.
    • Design integrated campaigns that convert both online (ads, app funnels, content) and offline (in-store, pharmacy displays, promoters).
    • Monitor key funnel KPIs (CTR, CAC, sign-ups, activation rate, retention, referrals, sell-through %) and continuously improve ROI.

    Strategy & Execution

    • In collaboration with the leadership and GTM team, build and execute a growth strategy that blends paid, organic, influencer, and retail touchpoints.
    • Translate Platos’ preventive health story into compelling, emotionally resonant campaigns tailored to different user motivations — fitness, health risk, or medical condition.
    • Lead campaign planning around new city launches, retail activations, or key health moments (e.g., World Diabetes Day).

    Retail Integration

    • Work closely with sales, partner success, and retail teams to increase pharmacy-level sell-through or other channel partners.
    • Coordinate in-store activations, training materials for Superintendent Pharmacists (SPs), and retail displays that drive footfall and consumer conversion.
    • Use geo-targeted and co-marketing campaigns to bring end-users into pharmacy stores and measure local performance.

    Content, Measurement & Optimization

    • Work with the broader marketing team to develop educational and performance-driven content across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Maps, influencer).
    • Lead post-click optimization — landing pages, onboarding flows, and retargeting — ensuring a seamless path from interest to activation.
    • Maintain weekly dashboards linking marketing spend and creative performance to actual growth and sell-through outcomes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with the Product Manager to translate product features and health insights into consumer-facing stories.
    • Align with the Channel Marketing Manager to ensure consistency between consumer campaigns and pharmacist-facing programs.
    • Collaborate with creative partners and agencies to deliver high-quality assets on time and on brand.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5–7 years of experience in growth or marketing roles within consumer tech, health, or FMCG.
    • Proven ability to run performance campaigns and connect marketing metrics (CAC, retention) to business results (sell-through).
    • Hands-on experience managing digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and working with creators or influencers.
    • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer education, and the intersection of digital and physical conversion.
    • Analytical mindset with working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards).
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment with lean resources and high accountability.
