    Graphics Designer/ Social Media Manager

    Job brief

    The Graphics Designer and Social Media Manager is responsible for supporting the Company’s marketing and business development functions and initiatives through the use of social media, graphic design and content. The Candidate will report to and, partner with, the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer to build the brand in a way that is consistent with the strategic plan of the Company. Candidate will provide general graphic design for projects, monitor and maintain social media accounts.
    The Candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team as well as senior leaders to creatively develop and support internal and external campaigns. The Candidate will promote the Company and its services across numerous platforms (email, website, blogs, social media, and print).

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Designs assets for social media platforms, email templates, promotional/ad materials, web content and landing pages, and other marketing needs.
    • Writes, edits, and publishes posts, both planned and real-time, for various social networks, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and any future channels.
    • Tracks and reports on social media insights, with a particular focus on engagement by clients and other key constituencies, as well as traffic generated and conversion rates.
    • Develops and maintains an organized system of physical and digital storage for design and social media assets.
    • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
    • Manage the creative process from concept to completion Coordinates the content, design, editing and production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, articles, and facts sheets
    • Manages content and builds followers and engagement of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter accounts
    • Creates infographics to quickly communicate relevant information.
    • Visually elevates the brand and aesthetics through innovative concepts and design.
    • Stays current with upcoming trends within the professional services industry, pushing out-of-the-box creative ideas.
    • Buids upon standards to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels of content.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Economics.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing advertising campaigns, social media, email, marketing database, search engine optimization and so on
    •  Familiar with web design and print design techniques.
    • Ability to translate complex subjects into simplified, efficient and pleasing visual solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to edit content and verbiage for PR purposes.
    • Researching and keeping up with the latest design trends and styles for our industry.
    • Extremely strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and turn projects around quickly.
    • Receptive and open to constructive criticism and feedback
