Technical Training Instructor at JC International

The applicants MUST hold any or more of this industry recognized qualification (NEBOSH, OPITO, IOSH, and LEEA) and a valid OPITO BOSIET Certificate.

As a Training Instructor, you will:

• Provide training effectively and in line with accrediting body stated requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure readiness of training rooms/ training material ahead of training sessions
• Maintain training materials up to date in standard format for presentation.
• Provide assessment and performance report on theory, practical, and simulator tests result to the Competency Development Manager timely.
• Ensure training equipment and tools are used safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment reports
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards during training sessions
• Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and training needs

Requirement

• Candidates should possess either a BEd/BSc certificate in related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years instructional/teaching experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite use is compulsory.
