Graphic Artist - Facilitator at Revenstrat Integrated Services

Position Summary

• The Graphic Artist Facilitator will create compelling visual content while also serving as a bridge between the design team and other departments. 
• This role combines hands-on graphic design skills with the ability to facilitate creative processes, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content including digital graphics, marketing materials, UI elements, and brand assets
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders
• Guide the visual direction of projects while incorporating feedback from multiple departments
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all company materials and platforms
• Train and mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to ensure design alignment
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the tech industry
• Manage design project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech environment
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity
• Experience facilitating creative workshops or collaborative design sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus
• Familiarity with the local market and cultural context of Delta State/Nigeria.
