Role Description

• This is a contract hybrid role as a Grant, Fundraising, and Donors Manager at Women Reform Organization.
• The role involves managing major donors, marketing & communication for fundraising, grant research and application, fundraising strategy and campaign, donor relationship, partnership development, data management and reporting, philanthropy, charities, and annual giving initiatives.
• This role is based in Lagos with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Major Donors and Annual Giving skills
• Communication and Philanthropy expertise
• Experience in working with charities and nonprofit organizations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
