    Graduate Trainee Program - Human Resources

    Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is a leading manufacturer of plastic thermowares such as food flasks and coolers. We are seeking smart, driven, and hands-on graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program as we grow our manufacturing operations.Role Overview

    Graduate Trainees will receive practical, on-the-job training within our factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to learn manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
    • Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
    • Assist in quality control, safety, and process improvement
    • Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
    • Perform assigned tasks with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
    • 0–2 years post-graduation experience
    • Strong interest in manufacturing and technology-driven environments
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a factory environment
    • Must have completed Nysc
