Graduate Trainees will receive practical, on-the-job training within our factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to learn manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
- Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
- Assist in quality control, safety, and process improvement
- Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
- Perform assigned tasks with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience
