As a Graduate Trainee Sales Officer at Winock Solar, you will be part of a structured development program designed to build your skills in sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in Winock Solar’s structured graduate trainee program, combining classroom training with practical field experience.
Support the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and converting leads into paying customers.
Educate customers on Winock Solar’s products, services, and flexible financing options.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and track industry trends.
Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet sales targets and performance milestones set for the training period.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
