Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Winock Solar’s structured graduate trainee program, combining classroom training with practical field experience.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and converting leads into paying customers.
• Educate customers on Winock Solar’s products, services, and flexible financing options.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and track industry trends.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet sales targets and performance milestones set for the training period.
• Represent the company professionally, upholding Winock Solar’s values and customer-first approach.

Requirements
