Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Gender and Policy Research Lead located in Abeokuta.
• The Gender and Policy Research Lead will be responsible for conducting thorough policy research, analyzing data, and developing reports and recommendations.
• Day-to-day tasks include gathering and synthesizing information, developing and maintaining research databases, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the integration of gender perspectives into policy and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Policy Research and Research skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Economics knowledge
• Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in gender studies or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as Public Policy, Economics, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences
