Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP) Customer Development (CD) Admin Intern
Monthly preparation of CD Expense Plan, including float payments, travels, hospitality and other CD related expenses.
Weekly and monthly reconciliation and accounting of all CD spends and costs.
Manage CD policies and communications across CD team - announcements, newsletters and physical letters/correspondence sent to the team from external parties.
Centralize product pack management for field team.
Planning and communication of all CD logistics planning including travels, hospitality and meeting arrangements.
Support on CD fleet management with the CD Excellence lead - ensure all vehicle documents are renewed OTIF, mange allocation, purchase and disposal process of CD vehicles, vehicle and truck repair process, timely payment of annual tracker subscription as well LG papers for all vehicles and regional trucks.
Support Head of CD on CD meetings, agenda and proactively follow up on actions.
Support in the management of payment for all third-party agencies who manage CD contract employees and extension.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must be serving or completed NYSC.
Excellent knowledge and experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.

Prioritization and Problem solving skill
Effective business writing skills
General office administration
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good stakeholder management skills
Available to work fulltime for the duration of 1 year.
