The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties.
The receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
Qualifications
University Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
