    Front Desk Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Lekki.
    • The Front Desk Officer will handle receptionist duties, provide excellent customer service, manage office administration tasks, and operate office equipment.
    • Daily tasks include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in mass communication, Social Science, Art etc.
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
    • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Office Administration
    • Ability to operate Office Equipment efficiently
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are advantageous
