This role will strategically drive business growth and expansion through franchise development, partnership cultivation, and revenue optimization in the Northern region.
The preferred candidate must reside in any of the Northern States in Nigeria and must be very conversant with the Northern region and its market dynamics.
You will lead the following key goals: Franchise network expansion, partnership development, revenue optimization, brand protection, and standards, strategic alignment with franchisees & partners innovation, and improvement:
Key Responsibilities
Managing old and new leads, especially HNIs and strategically driving sales of franchise and distributorship investments.
Preparing and presenting periodic franchise investment update reports.
Building, sorting, and maintaining the investor database and providing continuous investment updates.
Providing sound advisory support to prospective investors to guide their investment decisions.
Acting as the contact point to designated franchise partners with targeted expectations.
Conducting site inspections and tours of franchisors' outlets with prospective investors.
Qualification, Knowledge & Experience
A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage for this position.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
Strong experience in business development and HNI relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
