Food and Beverages Manager at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort

Position Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Food and Beverages Manager to join our team and help us elevate our culinary offerings.
• As the Food and Beverages Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service across our resort’s dining establishments.
• You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations across the resort, including restaurants, bars, and event catering.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and presentation.
• Manage and train food and beverage staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative menus and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
