Role Description

• This is a contract role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Bartender/Mixologist, based on-site at Precious Palm Royal Hotel in Benin City.
• The role involves supervising daily operations of food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of service, ensuring efficient food and drink service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, preparing beverages as per required standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and addressing customer inquiries or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience managing and inspiring a team
• Knowledge of Service Standards and excellent Food Service capabilities
• Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage services
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a high-paced environment
• Experience in mixology and crafting of beverages is highly desirable
• A diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a bonus
