Role Description

• The Citron Hotel, located in Ibadan, is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining facilities.
• In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant, bar, and banquet services, as well as ensuring food safety standards are met.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage management role, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, as well as local, national, and international cuisine
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
• Experience managing multiple outlets, including restaurants and bars
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality-related software
• Certification in food safety and sanitation
