We are hiring a Financial Analyst (Finance, Operations & Reconciliation). This role involves close collaboration with the finance team and operations team to perform daily accounting tasks, financial operations activities, and reconciliation of key accounts.
The position ensures accuracy in financial records, timely processing of transactions, and proper documentation to support month-end reporting.
What you will do
Record financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with accounting standards. Assist with journal entries, prepayments, adjustments and preparing financial reports and schedules.
Process vendor invoices, payments, staff claims, and other operational finance activities.
Maintain accurate records of payables, receivables, and expense transactions.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Reconcile supplier statements, customer accounts, and intercompany balances.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/experience.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
Experience in the financial service industry is an advantage.
