JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization\'s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support business decision-making, and drive financial efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and financial management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide valuable financial insights that support organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain effective internal control processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for operational and financial efficiency.
• Support contract reviews, commercial evaluations, and major financial transactions.
• Supervise finance operations and ensure accurate record keeping.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years\' relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Prior experience supervising finance activities or junior team members.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Net Monthly Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦900,000
