    Telesales Officer

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Serve as a primary point of contact to target/potential customers – engaging at Middle Management levels
    • Contact customers to follow up on initial interactions.
    • Deliver multiple telemarketing campaigns, ensuring programs are delivered in a timely manner.
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the organization’s products and services.
    • Prepare and submit periodic activity and performance reports, including conversion rates and trade volumes, to the Head of client services.
    • Provide clients with basic information on investment offerings, account opening procedures, and service benefits.
    • Generate and qualify leads for investment products and refer qualified prospects to investment advisors or Customer Service Officers where necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the organization’s CRM system.
    • Support client retention initiatives by maintaining regular contact with clients and providing timely updates on products and services.
    • Escalate complex client inquiries, complaints, or technical investment-related matters to the appropriate team or supervisor.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and confidentiality standards when handling client information.
    • Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and client engagement initiatives as assigned.

    EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION  

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3–5 years relevant experience in telesales, customer service, or sales support, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.

    COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

    • Basic understanding of investment products and financial services
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Client engagement skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Professional telephone etiquette
    • Integrity and confidentiality in handling client information

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Provide transportation services to staff for official duties using assigned vehicles.
    • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off in line with assigned schedules.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
    • Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
    • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
    • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
    • Assist with delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or other items when required.
    • Ensure vehicle documents (e.g., license, insurance, roadworthiness) are valid and up to date
    • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years driving experience, preferably in a corporate or structured environment.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations.
    • Ability to maintain accurate logs and follow instructions.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
