    Finance Manager

    To deliver financial KPIs for the business and drive improvement in net revenue management, budget metrics and optimisation initiatives.

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed decision-making. 
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to international financial standards. 
    • Oversee financial reporting, risk management, and cost control measures. 
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.
    • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key financial stakeholders. 
    • Coordinate financial planning, analysis, strategic insights and recommendations 
    • Manage and monitor departmental budgets, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 
    • Monitor operational expenses, and revenue projections. 
    • Prepare corporate and management financial statements to meet reporting requirements. 
    • Maintain and update the finance department’s SOPs to reflect current practices and compliance requirements. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and support organizational goals. 
    • Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing strategies for mitigation and growth. 
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness on the Commercial Finance Reporting 
    • Support Audit plan (Internal and external) – ensure timely management review, input, and action plans 
    • Ensure Internal audit plans are applied/ timelines in place for external audit. 

      Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s and Masters’ degree MBA or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ; ACA/ACCA/CPA/CISA/CIA/CFA professional certification[s] are highly preferred. 
    • Self-starter with 7+ years of practice or industry experience in a multinational/ mobile technology/FMCG company. 
    • Strong expertise in liquidity management, risk management, financial modeling, forecasting , budgeting, and reporting tools. 
    • In-depth knowledge of treasury management and asset diversification strategies. 
    • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.  
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial SOPs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations 

    Skills: 

    • Well-developed corporate communication skills and deep proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point 
    • Experience in stakeholder management 
    • Good analytical and problem-solving ability. 
    • Strong behavioural and interpersonal skills 
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools. 
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
