Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize financial statements ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and interpret financial statements and data
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Create financial reports, recommendations and presentations to communicate financial performance and key insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial and operational activities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Participate in the development, organization and improvement of financial processes, policies, and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, portfolio analysis and creating financial models.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with expertise in spreadsheet analysis, and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
