Field Sales Representative – CCTV at Ascentech Services Limited

 Salary: ₦175,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales of CCTV and surveillance solutions within Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CCTV and security solutions.
• Visit clients on-site to demonstrate products and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on CCTV product features, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience (CCTV, electronics, or related industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
• Knowledge of CCTV/security products is an advantage.
