    Field Sales Representative – CCTV

     Salary: ₦175,000

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales of CCTV and surveillance solutions within Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CCTV and security solutions.
    • Visit clients on-site to demonstrate products and close sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Seed Processing Operator

    Job Summary:

    The Seed Processing Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring seed processing machines to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and minimal downtime. The role involves equipment maintenance, strict adherence to safety standards, and supporting the achievement of production targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate seed processing machines in line with set procedures and production requirements.
    • Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine checks to ensure smooth operations.
    • Carry out minor maintenance and cleaning of seed processing equipment.
    • Ensure consistent product quality by following operational and quality standards.
    • Report any equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

    Sales Representative – Packaging & Plastics

    Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong knowledge of HDPE/PPR pipes, jerrycans, and other packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the plastics/packaging industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in packaging and plastic products (HDPE/PPR pipes, jerrycans, and related materials).
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend improvements.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing sector.
    • Strong knowledge of HDPE/PPR pipes, jerrycans, and packaging materials is compulsory.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
    • Target-driven and results-oriented.
