Field Sales Lead - Solar Depot at Solar Depot Nigeria

• We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Representative Lead to supervise our field sales team and drive revenue growth in our solar company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field sales representatives
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Acquire new customers and expand market reach
• Train and monitor team performance
• Build relationships with estates, businesses, and facility managers.

Requirements:

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
• Field sales experience (solar industry is an advantage)
• Strong leadership and closing skills
• Good knowledge of Lagos market
