Field Recovery Officer at Beyond Credit Limited

Locations: Sango, Ijaiye & Egbeda - Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Recover overdue loans and manage non-performing clients
• Field visits and follow-ups with debtors
• Monitor daily overdue portfolio and provide action reports
• Negotiate repayment plans and escalate hard-core cases when required
• Work closely with branches to reduce loan losses.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc with 1 – 3 years recovery experience (Microfinance preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Organized, analytical, and result-driven
• High integrity and excellent record-keeping.

Benefits
