Job Summary:

• We are urgently seeking skilled and experienced Travel Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with their travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and providing expert travel advice to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
• Help clients plan and book travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate travel options based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Secure and confirm reservations with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to guarantee a positive travel experience.
• Educate clients on travel destinations, transit visa requirements, and recommend the best flight deals.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Guide clients on airline choices, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to meet their travel goals.
• Support clients in amending or canceling reservations as necessary and provide prompt updates on any travel plan changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a travel consultant (1-2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
• In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
