As the Reservations & Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with airline fare rules and IATA regulations to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds in line with customer requests and airline policies
Provide customers with accurate fare quotations, itinerary details, and information on fare rules and restrictions
Monitor ticketing time limits, BSPLink refunds, and ensure compliance with IATA regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports for management and corporate clients
Supervise reservation and ticketing activities to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field
2 – 4 years of experience in reservations and ticketing within the travel industry
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and IATA regulations
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem - solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
