    Personal Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.
    • Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely execution.
