    Experienced Marketing Manager (Telecom)

    The Marketing Manager(- Swift, Smile, Huawei, MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9 Mobile) will be responsible for developing and executing  marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This role will lead initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives while strengthening customer engagement and loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow market share andbrand presence.
    • Translate business goals into actionable marketing campaigns and activities.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.

    Brand & Communications

    • Strengthen the brand identity through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.
    • Oversee advertising, public relations, and corporate communications activities.
    • Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and creative vendors.

    Campaign Management

    • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Oversee product launches, promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

    Digital Marketing

    • Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize digital performance.

    Customer Insights & Experience

    • Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback sessions to improve service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing supports customer experience goals.
    • Translate insights into initiatives that boost customer loyalty and Net Promoter Score(NPS).

    Budget & Reporting

    • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
    • Provide timely reports on marketing ROI, campaign performance, and market trends to leadership.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    • Minimum of 7–9 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the telecoms/ISP/FMCG sector.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
    • Proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and driving customer acquisition.
    • Understanding of Product , Churn , win back and Good in Analysis and MS Excel tools 
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
