    Sales Showroom Manager

    Responsibilties

    • Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Train and develop showroom staff to improve performance.
    • Maintain the showroom's visual appearance to company standards.

    Requirements

    • Must have B.Sc / HND in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or any related course.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales / showroom management, preferably in retail or showroom settings / manufacturing company
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Requirements

    Executive Assistant to the MD

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the MD in helping to manage administrative priorities and strategic initiatives related to the running of the office of the MD.
    • Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports
    • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders

    Head of Technical Project

    Responsibilities

    • Create management, communication plans and processes.
    • Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
    • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
    • Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
    • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
    • Manage the Project Management Office (PMO)
    • Collaborate / communicate with business leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable projects / initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term goals and objectives
    • Determine and locate the project health within the product roadmap and teams by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality from the respective baselines
    • Organize work into an integrated series of programs and projects
    • Manage the Project Management Office team and ensure successful execution of the projects, from pre-study to execution and delivery maintenance
    • Monitor and own clients across business unit.
    • Leading an international team of highly qualified and certified project manager.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 8 - 10 years experience.
    • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands.
