Duties include:

• Ensuring quality of care and compliance with standards.
• Driving operational efficiency and financial performance for the region.

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Overseeing daily administration, claims processing, care coordination, and wellness programs.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
