    Executive Assistant to the COO

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in driving operational excellence across the organization.
    • This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a leadership support position requiring strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
    • The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the COO to focus on high-impact priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Oversight: Coordinate and monitor key operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Project Management: Lead and track special projects, prepare reports, and manage timelines to deliver results.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present operational data to support decision-making.
    • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential communications.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as liaison between the COO, internal teams, and external partners.
    • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
    • Documentation & Communication: Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence with clarity and precision.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in operations or project management.
    • Core Competencies: 
    • Leadership and strategic thinking
    • Advanced organizational and time management skills
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • High level of discretion and integrity
    • Preferred: Experience in health services or consulting environments.
