DUTIES:

• Act as first point of contact to the CEO
• Schedule and coordinate daily in-house meetings for the CEO or Luvanex group team in the US (in person, video conference, etc.)
• Maintains on behalf of the CEO, an organized weekly calendar schedule (using Calendly) of meetings in the Lagos office or with Clients, send timely reminders and initiate such meetings and calls
• Take minutes of each meeting/record and communicate important nuggets effectively to all parties
• Ensure adequate follow-through on every strategic meeting the CEO attends with any staff member and ensure people responsible for each of these tasks meet those deadlines then discuss the ongoing projects with the CEO as it pertains to bottlenecks in system, delays or deadline extensions 
• Set up external appointments with prospective clients and attend these external meetings on behalf of the CEO when not in the country.
• Run errands on behalf of the CEO, act as the check & balance measure as regards to budgeting and expenses in the office
• Liaise on behalf of the U.S office and communicate with Nigerian based clients who purchase property in America as it relates to needs that arise for their property
• Generate new business for Luvanex Realty, Luvanex Rentals or Luvanex Builds by networking with bank account officers, or investment bankers and soliciting their clientele base in order to generate sales and increase revenues on behalf of the business both in the U.S and Nigeria. This is to be done by Creating & Packaging an ideal compensation package (plan) that rewards the referral they make or introductions they make to their clients
• Maintains all websites of Luvanex Group and makes updates on each as needed.
• Sit in during interviews and video or audio record interview for the CEO
• Attend conferences on behalf of the CEO and make business connections.
• Attend meetings on behalf of CEO (which he may or may not attend), take notes or record the meetings via video and transcribe, giving accurate feedback or report on such meetings via email to the CEO
• Organize travel itinerary (best airline deals) including hotel reservations, travel tickets, pickups for the CEO and ensure the CEO is comfortable at all times when visiting Nigeria
• Draft correspondences on the CEO’s behalf
• Create proper filling system for the office of the CEO
• Meet with Luvanex Group clients in Nigeria when required
• Monitor the CEO’s emails and respond to emails accordingly
• Screen and brief the CEO of requested meetings then fit in CEO’s calendar
• Execute ALL ideas the CEO has as it pertains to Luvanex Group
• Assist any other department as work demands.
