    Beauty Field Sales Representative

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Field Sales Representativeto drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships across the beauty and skincare market in Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the beauty/skincare industry, strong field sales capability, and an existing network of retailers, distributors, beauty stores, spas, and related trade partners.
    • This role is for a commercially minded professional who understands the Nigerian beauty market, can open doors quickly, and can convert opportunities into measurable sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive field sales of Dekina Beauty products to assigned territories and target accounts.
    • Identify, pitch, and onboard new customers including beauty stores, skincare retailers, supermarkets, stockists, spas, salons, pharmacies, and other relevant channels.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
    • Execute weekly field visits and product presentations to prospects and customers.
    • Promote Dekina Beauty products effectively and communicate brand value clearly.
    • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback within the beauty and skincare sector.
    • Negotiate orders within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
    • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads, customer inquiries, and pending orders.
    • Submit weekly sales reports, market intelligence updates, and pipeline reports.
    • Support in-store activation, sampling, merchandising, and visibility efforts where required.
    • Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the market.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Monthly sales achievement against target
    • Number of new accounts opened
    • Repeat order rate from existing accounts
    • Weekly field activity and conversion rate
    • Quality and timeliness of reporting.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years’ proven sales experience in the beauty and skincare industry in Nigeria.
    • Strong existing network within the beauty/skincare trade ecosystem, especially retailers, stockists, distributors, spas, salons, and related channels.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Good knowledge of the Nigerian beauty consumer and market dynamics.
    • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
    • Strong reporting discipline and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM reporting.
    • Must be based in Lagos or able to work extensively within Lagos and surrounding markets.

    Preferred Profile:

    • Experience selling skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products.
    • Experience opening new sales channels and developing key accounts.
    • Confidence in field prospecting, cold outreach, and closing.
