Estate Surveyor & Valuer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Real Estate
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections, valuations, and feasibility studies.
- Handle property sales, leasing, acquisitions, and management.
- Provide expert advisory services on real estate investment and market trends.
- Liaise with clients, property owners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field and membership of NIESV
- Minimum of relevant 5 years post-NYSC experience in property valuation
- Sound knowledge of property laws, market dynamics, and investment analysis.
- Strong negotiation
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
